UBS offers tuition assistance and book allowances. Eligibility is offered to fulltime employees who have completed six months of service prior to course registration.

This program provides information on such topics as prenatal child care, elder care, adoption and education. It is designed to assist employees with problems both in the home and in the workplace. All information will remain strictly confidential.

UBS offers employees childcare options when normal arrangements fall through or are unavailable.

UBS provides financial assistance to eligible employees who are adopting a child.
