Education Barry holds a B.S. in finance from The College of New Jersey in Ewing, NJ.

Professional history As a fixed income and credit strategist, Barry is involved in formulating the UBS house view asset class recommendations for U.S. investment-grade and high-yield corporate bonds. Barry also manages the team of credit strategists responsible for making individual bond level recommendations. Barry contributes to Wealth Management Research’s (WMR) regular fixed income publications and other department-wide publications.

Barry joined UBS in 2004 and has worked in WMR since its launch in the U.S. in 2005, primarily functioning as the UBS Preferred Securities Strategist. Prior to joining UBS, Barry worked for four years at Merrill Lynch in their Global Wealth Management capital markets group.

Professional affiliation Barry is a Chartered Financial Analyst® and is a member of the CFA Institute and New York Society of Security Analysts. He holds NASD Series 7, 66, 86, and 87 securities licenses.
