Dana Ritzcovan is a Managing Director and Head of Human Resources Americas and Wealth Management Americas.

In her role, Dana is a strategic advisor on all employee related issues. Dana partners with senior management on talent management and organizational design priorities including plans to attract, retain, reward and develop employees within the region.

Before UBS
Dana joined UBS in September 2015. Prior to that, she had served in a number of senior roles at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management including Chief Operating Officer for Strategy and Client Management and Head of Human Resources. She was also responsible for the Mass Affluent client segment including the Client Advisory Center. Before Morgan Stanley, Dana served as Global Head of Human Resources at Navigators Group and as Head of Human Resources, Americas for Credit Suisse Asset Management.

Personal
Dana has a Master's Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Maryland.

She lives in Katonah, New York with her husband and two teenage sons.
